Tender and Easy Crockpot Roast

Writer's picture: freerangefarmhousefreerangefarmhouse

Around my house, we use venison for everything. Because of this, I needed to find a recipe that I knew would crossover to wild game. Venison roast isn't always the most tender piece of meat, but I think we nailed it. If you like a typical Mississippi Pot Roast, but don't want the preservatives found in a jar of peppers, then I think you'll really like this recipe too! This will work on beef or venison and I promise it will be such a tender and easy roast that you'll come back for more.

As a mom, I'm always looking for an easy recipe, especially if it's an easy crockpot recipe. I love when I'm able to dump everything in and walk away. This is that kind of recipe! The key ingredient: 1/2 cup of vinegar!
